Weddings Terms and Conditions


Bookings are only confirmed once a 50% deposit has been paid. A non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure a booking. 

Payments:  Payments can be made at any time from date of booking until 4 weeks prior to the wedding date by email transfer, credit card, cheque or cash. 

Changes/Amendments:  Any changes/amendments to your order can be made until 8 weeks prior to your actual wedding date. NO deletions are permitted within 8 weeks of the actual wedding date. 

Deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation of events will result in forfeiture of deposit.  ***Covid 19 update- Clients may postpone or change events to future dates/venues/locations and deposits will be applied to future functions. Depending on the new dates the Client reschedules to,  there may be a nominal difference in rate (off season/peak summer/long weekend).  Every effort will be made to accommodate the new dates based on a first come first serve basis.  It is highly recommended the Client consult with Bloomen regarding new dates/availability prior to confirming any new dates. – should this go under Payments?

Order Confirmation:  Bloomen takes no responsibility for any errors or omissions once you have confirmed your final order. It the Client’s responsibility to check all details regarding prior to confirming their booking with a deposit. This includes flower types, colours, style and quantities.
Availability and Variations - When working with perishable items/mother nature, there are no guarantees. We will do our absolute best to supply exactly what you order; however, due to variances in the weather and seasonal availability of some flowers, we cannot guarantee availability of exact colours or shades requested by the Client. Should Bloomen need to substitute any flowers for the Client, we will select what we feel is the next best option. Please remember, we are not nature - we simply work with it. 

Cancellations: Deposit paid on booking is Non-refundable. Cancellations within 1 week of wedding date remain payable in full. Bookings can be postponed to another date, subject to Bloomen’s availability. A minimum of 2 week’s notice is required. 

Photos: Photos taken by Bloomen of your arrangements remain our property. Our photos are not to be reproduced, copied or edited in any way by you or any third party without our prior permission to in writing to do so. Any photos provided to us will only be used by us and as permitted by you.  

Privacy: Your order, wedding date, contact details (address, phone, email), and credit card information will be treated with complete privacy. Bloomen will not speak with any media representative or release any information unless you give consent to do so.
