NOV 2020- COVID-19 UPDATE / SUPPORT LOCAL

We are carefully monitoring the situation (just like you). 

We’re working diligently to adapt to any new circumstances while planning for the future. Our customers have always been the heart of our company. We’re grateful to you, your ongoing support, and that you’re doing your part to flatten the curve. Bloomen is committed to caring for the health and well-being of our partners and customers and playing a constructive role in supporting local health officials and government leaders. 

The Bloomen team remains healthy by following the below practices:

Staff Safety Practices:

To continue to participate in the vital practice of social distancing we only have strictly limited the number of staff in our fulfillment centre, and they will not have any in-person interaction with the couriers.

Sanitizing Schedule:

Based on advice from Health Canada we are regularly cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces and areas that experience traffic.

Contact-free delivery:

Our drivers are maintaining their sanitizing schedule, wearing masks, and contact-less delivery. Drivers deliver the arrangement off at the front door and either ringing the bell or calling the recipient’s number during delivery. The courier will wait a safe distance from the door to confirm receipt. For condominiums/apartments, deliveries are left with the concierge.  We will adjust these practices as needed to conform to the regulations of various buildings.
